THE BENEFITS OF SERVING Serving the poor on a mission in Peru is a powerful invitation to step beyond comfort and encounter humanity in its raw, beautiful truth. It is an opportunity to walk alongside communities rich in faith, resilience, and hope, while responding to real needs with compassion and humility. In giving our time, hands, and hearts, we discover that mission work is not only about what we offer, but about how we are changed—learning gratitude, deepening our faith, and recognizing our shared dignity as brothers and sisters, united across cultures by love and service. MISSION INFORMATION The mission is open to the following: - HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, GRADES 9 - 12. Group size is from 10 - 15 students. 2 chaperones are needed. Chaperones are no charge, but they must purchase their airfare. - Mission fee for students is $1195. This of course includes lodging, 3 meals per day, and transportation to and from the worksite. Airfare is a separate charge to be determined closer to the group departure date. Airfare is set by the travel agency. - College students and adult groups are welcome. SPIRITUALLY
Sembradores de Semillas works very closely with the local parish, Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Sabandia-
Arequipa. Volunteers will be working with the church providing food and clothing for the children, and leading them in daily spiritual activities.
